Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says"Worked in the EA Department. JOS Application. Would give a 0 star if possible. Empty promises. All talk and no actions. Prioritize people who know how to suck up and never looks at people who are actually producing results. The "top" management behaves like kids who are still in secondary school. Both attitudes and characters wise. Promises 8 hours worth of OT = 1 off day. Ends up only with 0.5 off day. Or 3 days of OT and you get back 1.5 off days. Just one of the many examples. Too much of this kind of incident to even write here. Viable Bonus so little that it is laughable and shameful to even tell other people outside. "Top" management ask for employees opinion and straight up reject all of their opinion with some of their own "reasons" that doesn't make any sense. Because "Top" management have the "I am always right" attitude."

I did my best to be helpful to my supervisor Mindy, who I organized files, made copies, and scanned documents for. She was kind and understanding. The pay was great as a student saving for college, but I wasn't asked to help the following summer.Constant schedule, good pay, consistent routine.Large parking structure was difficult to maneuver."

Marcus says"Bought a Mercedes GLC AMG from Mercedes Ipswich. The car had an issue with tyre skipping on the test drive but the sales executive promised me it was due to dirt on the tyres. I questioned this but was then told they would replace the tyres complimentary if it does not improve. I took the car and the problem persisted. They then denied the conversation (even though I supplied evidence). When I challenged, they implied I was lying and transferred the case to their legal department. Absolute crooks. I will ensure my story is heard by friends, family and anyone who will listen. Buyers beware!"

Short version, completely useless. - Left on hold for almost an hour twice. - Went to them twice, told they would get back to me, two weeks still nothing. - asking a mechanic what coolant is right for my car and he answers "any"!!! (This is NOT correct). Wrong coolant can turn your car into scrap metal! Either lazy or stupid but either way completely useless!! Find a different Mercedes-Benz if you need one!"
Sam says"Worst company ever for servicing / repairs...Jardine motors (Manchester Audi) I booked my car for a regular servicing on 20th July at Jardine motors Manchester Just to confirm there were no issues with my car until this point whatsoever and it was absolutely fine and well looked after. I got a call for them same day to say they have identified an engine leak during service checks and it needs to be sorted and further checks need to be done which I agreed to do. Next day was told diagnosis came back to say engine parts need replacing and again I thought it’s the main Audi service centre and trusted them with my car and agreed to get the repairs and parts replaced for over £4K without any hesitation. (Inspite of me going through difficult times financially coz of covid-19) Kept calling them for regular updates as It had been been almost 4 weeks now they had my car and every other day was told that they have replaced the part and checks are being Carried out and will get my car soon. Then on 20th August after almost 5 weeks they came back to say that engine needs replacing and they can’t seem to repair it. At this point I was going through so much stress and anxiety as they had completely ruined my car. Was told cost of engine replacement is arnd £10k but as a gesture of goodwill they will give me a 30% discount for which I refused and said cannot pay that. After few phone calls back and forth with them and Audi they said they would do it for £4300 which again I couldn’t afford. As far as I was concerned I should not be paying for those works as I had agreed to them for oil leak repairs and the engine failure was a result of what they had done to my car in those 4 weeks. But I reluctantly agreed to get the engine replaced as didn’t want to go through any further hassle. Between 24th August and 4th September was told that new engine was fitted and was being tested. Finally on 4th sept collected the car after all checks were done and works completed. Unfortunately it doesn’t end here and the very next day , I.e 5th sept: engine management light came on. Called them up immediately and was told to drop the car back and they would check the car Now I’ve been told that there is a fault with the turbo and it needs replacing and the costs would be £2300. As far as I’m Concerned they should have done all checks etc after they fitted new engine which again I’m certain was messed up and ruined by them. Waiting to hear back from main Audi and will make sure this time they repair it without me paying for it as I’ve had enough with this terrible company. Only sharing my experience so that anyone reading this thinks 10 times before giving their car to Jardine motors. They will ruin your car."
Zzzzz says"I have try to book in my car for an mot for the last 2 months.i been on their chatline and get the same story o I am sorry to hear i will get some one to call you urgent.this is a load of crap my car is now out of mot thanks to the team in milton Keynes and at risk that it will be crushed has its park on a main road.very poor management it says on their website that we help all our customers and give a good service,i do not think so mu car is at risk of being crushed,yes very good service a car that cost 30000 pounds that the management at milton Keynes do not care."
